Wellness Expert Keeps Evolving: New Store Updates Inspired by Your Feedback

27 September 2026. The major transition to the renewed Wellness Expert online store did not end when the new platform went live. From the beginning, we saw that launch as the foundation of an ongoing project: a more modern, faster and easier store that can keep improving as we learn from the real experience of our customers.

Today, the Wellness Expert team has released another round of updates developed directly from the feedback we have received since the move to the new store. We reviewed comments, reports and suggestions to identify where the experience could become clearer, more natural and more comfortable. The result is a set of refinements to the design, ergonomics and interface, with particular attention given to shopping and browsing on smartphones.

This update continues the journey described in our earlier article, “Welcome to the New Wellness Expert Online Store”, where we introduced the rebuilt store and the stronger technological foundation created for future services and improvements.

Listening to customers helps us improve what really matters

When a large online store is rebuilt, technical work and internal testing are essential, but they can never fully replace everyday use by thousands of people with different devices, habits and ways of browsing. That is why, after the launch, we continued to look closely at how the store was being used and, above all, at what our customers were telling us.

Your feedback helps us notice details that may appear small but can make a meaningful difference in practice: how easily a page can be read, where an element is positioned, whether a button is immediately understandable, how much space there is between information blocks, and how naturally a customer can move from a category to a product or from a product to the basket. Our goal is not to add complexity, but to remove it.

A cleaner design and more natural usability

The latest round of updates touches a range of visual and functional elements throughout the store. We have worked to make pages feel more structured and consistent, so that important information is easier to find and customers can focus on products, details and their own needs without unnecessary visual friction.

Among the areas we have focused on are:

  • a clearer visual hierarchy between headings, text, buttons and information blocks;
  • more balanced spacing and proportions for better readability;
  • navigation and interactive elements that are easier to recognise and use;
  • greater visual consistency across categories, product pages and purchasing steps;
  • a smoother path from product discovery to the basket and checkout.

These changes were not made simply to make the website “look different”. Each decision has been considered from the point of view of usability. For us, good design should not attract attention because it is complicated; it should quietly help people find what they need, understand the information in front of them and complete an action without unnecessary effort.

A special focus on the mobile experience

A significant part of this update concerns the mobile interface. More and more customers visit Wellness Expert, compare products, read descriptions and complete purchases directly from their phones. For that reason, we do not want the mobile version to feel like a smaller copy of the desktop site. It needs to work as an experience designed around the way a smartphone is actually used.

We reviewed dimensions, spacing, readability and the behaviour of many interface elements to make them more comfortable to use by touch and easier to navigate on a compact screen. Particular attention was given to the moments where a customer should be able to continue without hesitation: opening categories, browsing product pages, reading key information, adding an item to the basket and moving through the next steps of the purchase.

The principle behind this work is straightforward: if something is easy to do on a large screen, it should also be easy to do on a phone. Where the mobile context calls for a different solution, we would rather adapt the interface than expect the customer to adapt to the website.

Not a one-off redesign, but an ongoing process

The renewed Wellness Expert store was built on a technological foundation intended to evolve. The improvements released today are a practical example of that approach. After a transformation of this scale, our work is not limited to keeping the platform stable. We want to keep refining it step by step, using testing, real-world behaviour and, most importantly, the experience shared by our customers.

This approach also helps us make changes more responsibly. Rather than redesigning parts of the store simply because a visual trend has changed, we prefer to observe how the site is actually used, identify points that can create friction and improve the areas where a change brings a tangible benefit. Some improvements are immediately visible; others work more quietly in the background. They all serve the same purpose: making Wellness Expert simpler, more dependable and more pleasant to use.

Our focus remains on people

Wellness Expert is an online store, but behind every visit there is a person looking for a product, comparing a formula, choosing a gift, completing an order or returning to buy something they already trust. That is the perspective we try to keep in mind whenever we design or improve the website.

For us, caring about customers also means respecting their time. It means presenting information clearly, reducing unnecessary steps, making navigation more predictable and ensuring that technology remains a useful tool rather than an obstacle. The updates released today were shaped by exactly that idea.

We would like to thank everyone who has shared an opinion or suggestion with us since the transition to the new store. Even a short message can help us see the experience from another point of view and decide where the next improvement should be made.

We will keep listening

Work on the renewed Wellness Expert store continues. In the next stages, we will keep testing, optimising and refining the shopping experience with the same priority: to build a store that feels comfortable to use and responds to the real needs of our customers.

If you notice something that could be improved, if a step does not feel clear enough, or if you simply want to share your experience, your feedback is always welcome. We do not treat those comments as a minor detail. They are a practical part of how Wellness Expert continues to grow.

Thank you for your trust, your patience and for helping us make Wellness Expert better, update by update.
